Try foods that I know are always wins... like a pouch, yogurt, something to just get some calories down. Sometimes I let him pick on food while he’s playing. Other than that, I try not to worry too much. They won’t starve themselves. My son goes through phases where he won’t nearly eat anything for a few days and then he’ll eat everything under the sun lol
I offer sweets to them. Once they agree to the sweets I then tell them they have to eat their food first. Works half the time lol

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

Offer something else like yogurt or fruit. Now that my son is a bit older I’ll tell him he has to take x number of bites and then I’ll give him yogurt. It usually works.
