Membrane sweep totally wasn’t bad at all but my midwife did say she couldn’t get a good sweep in so she’s not sure if it will work I go back on the 9th to do another one and if nothing happens induce date is the 13th.
Already bleeding from the sweep... just got the castor oil and orange juice in my system... now we wait 🤞🏾did this method work for any of you ladies?

Alright ladies! I finally progressed! I'm finally a centimeter dilated, 50-60% effaced and she's at a -3 making her way down. She's weighing 8lbs and is in the 90 percentile! ❤ Oh and she did a membrane sweep!
Definitely works better if you're dilated. I felt mine omg and it hurt!
