Pumping/breast feeding mommas. Question. When you went back to work and had to start spacing pumping out farther did you see any effects?? I've always pumped between 3-4 hours but now its definitely going to be 4 hours.
‼ Breastfeeding mommies who pump!‼ Question: what is your routine as far as when your baby is feeding off your breast vs breast milk you pumped in a bottle? Do you exclusively pump and only feed your baby pumped milk in the bottle? Or do you do breast and bottle for whatever reason? And what is your pump and feeding routine? For example, how do you pump every 2-4 hours if your baby eats every 2-4 hours? T.I.A!!!

Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖

Can you take a morning break and/or afternoon break so you don’t have to go so long in between?

That is with taking 2 breaks throughout the day! I am pumping before I leave for work, once in the morning after im there once in the afternoon ans then when I get home. So basically 6:30AM, 10:30AM, 2:30PM and then between 5:30-6:30PM.

Not as long as I made sure to pump at least every 4 hours. After about a yr I did have to get on a medication to help pick my supply back up.
