1st workouts of the new year are done!!! Yes you read that right, I’m currently half way through my 3rd round of LIIFT4 and now starting T25 along with my best friend. All of this sparkly sweat I earned my shower! Is this new year, new me for you? Or maybe you were doing good but fell off the bandwagon. No matter what your situation is a workout is 4% of your day. Even a 20 minute workout can make a huge difference. You know where the real work lies? In the kitchen! That is what so many people struggle with and I know how hard it is to change that part of your life. I started that change in May last year and while I still have my occasional treats I have learned to enjoy eating better because I then feel better. Commitment is both working on the inside and outside together. It’s not the easiest decision to make, but in the long term it’s the best thing you can do for yourself and with that it affects those you love too. They see your hard work and dedication. Your kids or nieces/nephews learn that you get what you want by working hard for it. Believe me they are always watching even if you think they aren’t. So seize your moment and get that 4% in, you owe it to your body to feel good.
