Flourless peanut butter cookies 😋
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
Mix everything together and then roll into a ball
Bake until brown around the edges

@mrsmord, I once had this lady come over first asking for eggs, then bacon, then pancake mix and last coffee. I said wow what time should I come over for breakfast lol
I make these all the time. My husband always gets the same look on his face at about 10pm and he knows I'll say yes because they're so easy. 😂
I love making them because the are the only cookies that don’t make me feel sick
They are very easy to make and you can add chocolate chips, Hershey kisses, or jelly in the middle to make peanut butter and jelly cookies

A great and cheap solution to sweet cravings; peanut butter cookies just 1 cup peanut butter (like half a jar) 1 egg and 1 cup sugar. Soo good.
