Flourless peanut butter cookies 😋
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
Mix everything together and then roll into a ball
Bake until brown around the edges
A great and cheap solution to sweet cravings; peanut butter cookies just 1 cup peanut butter (like half a jar) 1 egg and 1 cup sugar. Soo good.

They are very easy to make and you can add chocolate chips, Hershey kisses, or jelly in the middle to make peanut butter and jelly cookies

I make these all the time. My husband always gets the same look on his face at about 10pm and he knows I'll say yes because they're so easy. 😂

I once had this lady come over first asking for eggs, then bacon, then pancake mix and last coffee. I said wow what time should I come over for breakfast lol
