I can see the worlds faintest line on my test from Saturday but i won’t get my hopes up. Just gonna keep telling myself it’s an indent line

I see a SUPER faint line! Or I'm crazy.. Pic was taken within 5 minutes. Either I'm pregnant or I'm having line eyes.
Do all mommy's get that dark vertical line? Also are the lines that extend horizontally stretch marks? I really can't tell and my boyfriend wouldn't tell me even if I did.
