To me over 103..is high enough..cool baths , light clothes on maybe a t shirt and diaper ..no blankets they hold in fever and chicken soup..i am not one to run and give a child  medications

I don't like giving meds either unless really needed, my husband on the other hand over medicate the kids for every little thing and we always end up fighting
