Realized that I don’t need to carry my parents divorce and their happiness (or unhappiness). It’s their bullshit and the weight of it was starting to crush me, affect my parenting and marriage. Once I let that go, I started to become a happier person and a better momma and wife.
Good for you!!! That’s such a huge weight to be carrying around. I’m so glad you let that go!
