Ok. Give me all the tips you guys have to help a 3 week old stop throwing up! I'm sadly probably sure I tried everything that you guys can throw at me but praying not! This Thursday the pediatrician is putting her on medicine if she doesnt stop ): which I'm all for it because well, she needs to keep her food down. But I also hate medicine and if theres anything I can do to help her instead of medicine I'd really rather that.. sadly I think she'll end up needing the medicine though 😩

Nothing really helped my daughter unfortunately. The only thing that really seemed to help was time. It was pretty bad when she was that age but now she’s basically outgrown it somehow. Come to think of it, it really slowed down quite a bit once I stopped giving her breastmilk. Not sure if that’s related or not. Hopefully it slows down for you guys soon too. Hang in there! I know how tough it can be.

Have you tried switching formulas? Or are you breastfeeding

If you are breastfeeding, I would 100% go dairy free. I've been dairy free since my daughter was 6 weeks old. Within 3 days, all her symptoms cleared up.

Medicine isn't the enemy for a reflux baby. The damage the stomach acid causes to the esophagus, airway and vocal cords us awful.

My son has to take a lactose free milk and has been a lot better. If you're formula feeding try switching to a sensitive stomach one, if you're breastfeeding watch what you eat as it transfers to her as well. My son also has acid reflux like myself. If you have that as well it can be passed down to her. Good luck mamma .
