Mommies who have children close in age i have a question.. did you put both kids on the outside or the baby in the middle and the older one on the outside? I want some opinions so i can do the safest placement for both of them.

My 15month old is on the passenger side, and my 2 month old is on the driver side.

Have a Ford escape. I put baby in the middle, 4 yr old behind passenger side in her convertable seat, 11 yr old behind driver's seat using just the seat belt. Baby is using the seatbelt through the base of his car seat. Middle is safest for an infant if you can get a good fit is what I was told. Latch is best if you cannot get a good fit and need to use the latch.

I think it depends on the vehicle. In mine, only the outside seats have the latch feature. In my moms SUV, the middle and one outside seat are latch seats while the seat behind the driver is not.

You need to look at your cars manual. Mine you can’t have a latch seat in the middle when you have one on the side. So both kids have to be on the outside. Different cars and different years even are different.

I have a suv. But would placement be the same as a car?

Can we lift each other up as women?! With all this nonsense going on i think it’s time we left each other Mother’s up instead of tearing them down!! So what’s one nice thing u can say about another person on this app? I have 2 friends that i talk to outside this app and I think they are both wonderful mothers and people in general. I won’t name names cause they know who they are. So now u all go!! I think we need this tonight!!!
