Pregnancy question!!!
How can I help my groin from being in pain? I’m 30weeks pregnant and I feel like my hops opened already a month now.
I also get sciatic pain in my lower back(hip) area.
It’s hard to sleep now
Tylenol. Pregnancy body pillow. Stretching. Pregnancy support belt. Ask for a physical therapy referral. (I start on Wednesday after my hips started bugging me at 22 weeks and I asked for help at 24 weeks.
