well not 2 years later but almost 16m later and my back definitely aches more than before my epidural.

@justdaee93, that's crazy! i've heard it so much but i ignored it. i even signed a consent at the hospital saying i knew the risks 🤔 but have you tried the sock and rice trick? icy hot, a back massage, cracking your back

girl it's like a makeshift heating pad and it gives some good temporary relief!
