I felt silly.. and uncomfortable and have started crying on more than one occasion
Sweaty, heart racing, tingling head, intense feeling of dread and fear like I was about to die, feeling of needing to hug someone or go to sleep. Once I had really bad anxiety I forced myself to sleep for three days straight I even missed my 19th birthday. X

I think ive got more of an healthy anxiety, I'm taking medication for it but when your pregnant it's so hard not to worry about things :(
