Have you ever had noisy neighbors in your apartment building? And not just regular noise, but screaming fits - I think the male is an abusive alcoholic. Sounds like the place is even being trashed. He’s woken up my own family in the middle of the night from being so loud. I’ve contacted the building manager several times but they don’t and won’t do anything...

Organ donor I was at the DMV today and I noticed that nobody... literally nobody said yes to being an organ donor when asked. It is really that uncommon? If you're not, what are your reasons for not being one? I am aware this is pretty taboo to talk about.

I have the same problem ! It’s horrible & they have a lil baby there too that’s constantly witnessing them fighting and I feel so bad for him ,

Because the building manager had notices in the lobby to contact them if we have noise complaints. But you’re right

If it sounds like an abusive partner and the home being destroyed then you could also call the non emergency line. If there is someone else there they could be in need of help or support.
Documentation of noise complaints could help them in the future.
I’m also sorry you and your family are experiencing this. I have had two occasions when my landlord has yelled to the point I was woken and shaken up. It’s not easy even when it is not your home.

That’s crazy. It’s so inconsiderate too. And I feel so sorry for the kid who has to witness that. I’ll look into the non emergency line
