Is there a specific way you’re supposed to use the evening primrose oil capsules? Like do I just insert them and they dissolve orrrr?

If you insert in the right places, shit just slides right out

I insert them and they dissolve but wear a liner or you'll have a huge mess! They dissolve super quick, you don't need to poke a hole in them. Just make sure you pee first lol

I believe you’re supposed to poke a hole in it then shove it up there.

A few ladies in a mom group I’m in on fb said to poke a small hole before inserting & wear a pad because it can be a little messy from them leaking!
