My 4 month old puts his fingers in his month, and jams them so far down his throat he makes himself throw up, i don't know what to do to about this, when I catch trying to put them in his month I put the binky in his mouth, he won't use teething rings what do I do?

He’s just discovering what he can do with his hands and mouth. He’ll stop for the most part until he starts to think it’s funny. 😂
