My son has red spots all over his body head to toe and now I'm starting to get them. Can anyone guess maybe what it could be.??

Nothing your 3 week old needs so honestly I suggest you take him in to get checked. Better safe than sorry. Good luck dear. Hopefully nothing.

Could it be HFM? I would definitely check it out once your son’s pediatrician office is open today &’ Also see a DR for yourself as well. Maybe possibly ask for an extra pair of hands because you do not want to spread whatever it could be to your newborn.
