If I'm leaking a little bit of clear colostrum will it get worse? Should I go get breast pads? Right now it's only a couple drops but I'm clueless. I didn't think anything would come out until after birth

It actually varies mom to mom and pregnancy to pregnancy. With my first one i barely leaked until after he was born. With my second one - i leaked for like a month until he was born! The boobie pads always come in handy!

It’s hard to predict. It couldn’t hurt to just buy some just in case you need them (since they don’t expire and you’ll use them after baby is here anyway).
