Started my first packet of berry flavored fenugreek drinks...let’s see if this works

You know within 72 hours, If you don't see an increase by then- stop. Fenugreek can increase for some, but causes others to tank. An ounce isn't bad output for a week.

@chrissyny, how good did it work? I can only get an oz so far...so hoping this works

I take the capsules and swear by them.
