I've been craving yellow cheese so much lately that I've started dreaming about it also🤣🤣🤣 nachos, chili cheese fries, grilled cheese sandwiches, even tamales smothered in melted yellow cheese lol

In your experience If you've frozen cheese...how did it turn out once unfrozen? Any issues? I'm considering buying my cheese in bulk at Costco...shredding it and freezing it in individual serving bags. I've never frozen cheese before, I've just bought it as needed...but the 2 cent 300000000 lbs bag of mozzarella and giant blocks of cheddar and Swiss call my name every time I walk by them. So I'm wondering if freezing is the answer to end their siren call?
