does anyone experience cold/flu symptoms from their period? I have really bad anxiety about getting sick so i’m constantly making myself feel sick when i’m not. I do have my period though and it’s the first one off birth control for the past few months so I feel different. Day 3 and i’m exhausted and cold. Praying it’s just from the period though😭 No one else is sick
