Watch the clock. That's always helped me. If it has a second arrow even better, watch the second arrow move
If you apply the recommended amount of a lidocaine cream to your skin where they generally draw from 30 min to an hour prior to your appointment you shouldn’t feel the pinching! I hate needles too

@mommy_x3 me too! I have maybe 2 nurses in,my life who made it quick and easy
Every time I get mine drawn I pass out or get to right before I pass out. It sucks 😣
