what do you mean regular milk. Are you talking about your five yr old?
Maybe look into changing formula’s if you’re using it. They have gentlease that’s meant for gassy babies. Sometimes gas drops help as well and tummy massages
Are you formula feeding? If so he could have a formula sensitivity and you may need to switch formulas.
You could be. Be sure to pace feed and try other ways of soothing. Also look up symptoms of reflux.
