Looks like heat rash or an allergic reaction? Have u changed soaps or anything you put on her skin lately? Johnson and Johnson lotion makes my son's skin look like this.
She is on antibiotics because she had a bacterial infection on her throat. But shes been taking them for almost a week already and this barely happened today.
