It can take a healthy couple up to a year to get pregnant. So use OPKs, limit alcohol and sugar, just keep yourself healthy and just bring up any concerns to your doctor.

Dont drink alcohol or smoke weed or cigs. Eat healthy, exercise, have sex every other day. Learn your cycle so you know when you ovulate. My SO and I have been together 4 yrs. We stopped using condoms 2 yrs ago and just got pregnant.

Eta Nobody listens to me about this but I prayed to God to give us a baby of our own one time. I was pregnant the next month.
