Hey guys... I feel as if my baby is constipated!! I mean he’s passing stool once or twice a day but it’s thicker than usual 🤷🏻♀️... he’s also been fussier in the night... any suggestions or information on what it can be?!?!

If he's pooping twice a day, he's not constipated. They're still learning to eat and digest, it takes time.

Hmmm I was told by midwives they should be having 4 soiled nappies at that stage. Are you bottle feeding? It might not be constipation, it could be colic. Does he tense up when he’s passing wind and crying for no reason after he’s been fed and changed?

Yeah I’m bottle feeding... he looks uncomfortable and yes starts to cry for no reason after a change and a feed!

have been doing that... it helps him for a while but then I just lay him on his tummy
