What was it like getting an epidural?? I’m thinking about getting one but it seems so scary and painful :/
I dont remember any pain but mine failed to work both times and I'm not doing it this time. Im going to get pain medication this time.
Not your fault. At least at the end i had a beautiful baby boy..then 2 yrs and wk later i got my daughter.
The first C-section was pretty scary...but im happy my babies are healthy and strong.
I have to have a 3rd C-Section in March.
i have super bad scoliosis so i was extremely nervous about it.. it was so simple and not bad! way better than the iv i got lol.
It's not that bad.
It's just a sharp pinch in ur lower back, some pressure but not that bad to me. But everyone is different.
Do you think if I got it done while I was having a contraction it would be less noticeable? I’m just so nervous about it 😖
@olesya.tackitt maybe, with my first i didn't care i was in labor for almost 13 hrs and the pain was horrible.
I actually had to have two epidural's done cause they put the first in wrong, and the second time it worked.
But i also had a emergency C-Section with my son too cause he was too big and im a small lady.
I didn't feel the epidural when i was in labor.
❤️Getting to know you❤️
Since our May group is growing strong and we have a lot of new mommies joining and sharing their bfp's...Thought it will be fun to get to know each other as we all share our pregnancy journey!
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
GENDER POST! ??????
Alright mommas for everyone whose going to be finding out gender sometime in November or later..lets get a post going and keep each other updated. And for everyone who has already found out post below what you thought you were going to have and what you are actually having! ?
IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...
For Fun
With most of us in a sleep regression or exhausted from being working moms, or just plain bored I figured it would be fun to get a little game started... so who's up for 2 truths and a lie? It's easy.. you post 3 facts about yourself, 2 true and 1 lie and when you guess you post yours here's mine:
Honestly for me all three times it wasn’t bad... it’s just hard staying still while having contractions and getting it done at the same time. You feel instant relief so that’s the best lol
