C-section pain is something seriousssss 😫😫😫 I never want to do it again lol !! I feel like an old lady 😭
@brose0205 mine gave me PTSD thanks to the hospital >.< you have a beautiful baby girl on your hands tho. Congrats!
Oh, I didn't realize only 37 weeks, is she small? Yeah we have to account that they have a learning curve too! Progress is better than nothing! Great mind set momma! Enjoy the journey!
Cool beans! I utilized the LAC at the hospital for the time I was there bc I had such a hard time with her latching one feed and totally rejecting me the next! Just try her to breast every feed for at least 10 mins, then offer a bottle. I use formula for the times I am too tired or have pumped and she wakes right after lol. Great job momma! That's awesome your hubby got a full month!
Yup lactation lady tried so hard with us she got one 9 minute feed. But since I had her at 37 weeks we think it will come later so for no formula and pumping what colostrum I can get out until milk comes so I can bottle feed her that. But yes thankyou. Taking it a day at a time lol
@brose0205 girl yall are troopers! I have a 2yr old, I couldn't imagine having a 10mth baby and a nb and had a c-section, jeez! But stay off the steps if you have any and listen to your body and rest way more than you move! Blessings!
@brose0205 okay cool! It took me 2 weeks to be able to be left alone so prayerfully you have that on hand help at least that long, also are you BF?
@expectingz, he actually got pto for a month! My luck. But no she isn’t latching for me so we are pumping and pumping and waiting for milk
@brose0205 if you can stay, I would bc once your home room service and nurses go away, and I couldn't imagine going back home after only 2 days! Remember to move, and shower every day, you'll feel so much better!
Omg!! You ain't never lied, however my 1st one was awesome! This time was crazy painful and I am still suffering with the effects (staples open my skin once taken out on the 4th day)! Needless to say, next time I will definitely opt for the glue instead!!!
Agreed!! You can’t hardly move and then have to take care of a newborn at the same time. It’s tough!!
Yes I agree. Worst thing I've ever gone through. I'd rather give vaginal birth again anyday over a C Section.
I'll be having my 4th in March. Surprisingly, I healed really fast with my 3rd and was able to walk around and shower that same night I had him. Had him at 7.37am
I feel that. I still have pain by my scar. Wonder if its cuz I had to push myself too hard because hubby couldnt get off work besides the day we were released.
