Hmm. I would try a hot shower and the massage it and try to hand express it if you haven’t already tried that.

I will definently try that! I'm desperate at this point. It's been like this for almost a week. I tried massaging it, warm washcloth over breast while pumping, and pumping more often and longer.

oh man, if it has been a week maybe talk to your Obgyn? Don’t want to end up with mastitis or something! That would be terrible to go through. 😢
