When people would be like “do you have contractions” I would just say idk is it back pain 😭

Probably. That’s what I felt for days up until my water broke at 38.2 I honestly didn’t know it was contractions until I got to the hospital on monitor and the nurse was telling me. Just felt like back and period cramps until the pitocin (then it was on) if you are going on water and stuff and start feeling that just be mindful. But honestly the day I gave birth I wasn’t even feeling bad at all, had just gone for a short walk and I was watching tv lol
