He might has baby acne eczema and cradle cap coming in his face like my baby girl did but baby Aveno and raw oatmeal help a lot

If you breastfeed apply some of your milk on it

I’m no longer breastfeeding but when I was I did put some on there it seemed to get worse

Baby acne is very normal. It can cause discoloration as well.

Did you see the other picture too it’s on his shoulder too ... my first sin had baby acne but this looks extreme

@twoz_s, Yeah. Apply some breast milk to it to help clear. If you’re not breastfeeding, make an appointment with your pediatrician and see what they say
