don’t want judgement, just want suggestions 🙄 (every time i post something, someone has something to say lol)
so since Karter is a few weeks from being 1 & already gets most of his nutrients from food now, i went ahead & started giving him whole milk. now that he isn’t drinking a whole lot of fluids (bottle after bottle) he is soo constipated. he won’t drink plain water, apple juice gives him acid reflux, and he doesn’t like prune juice. what are some things i can do to relieve his belly?

Oatmeal and other high fiber foods.

Fruits that start with a "P" are good for constipation. Pears, plums, pineapple, etc. Watermelon and cherries also help.

It may just take some time to get used to and he will get relief! Just like switching a formula. The same happened with Madi when I was giving her almond milk. Could you mix a prune purée in with his food somewhere? He probably won’t taste it if you mix it with a fruit :)

I know it sounds yucky but you can also totally sneak a little prune juice in the milk. I've never had a little one notice before.

My pediatrician recommended to add fiber powder to Madeline’s milk. First couple weeks on whole milk are rough - they have to adjust - but it does get better.
We add spoon of fiber powder to every bottle of milk/cup of water / you name it. And no real issues other than when we travel.
I also found that my daughter like water when her straw cup has ice in it.

Pear juice helps. Or give him blueberries. My son always poops with blueberries

I agree blueberries will have him pooping!

Try other types of milk like almond or coconut milk (unsweetened) he may respond better to those. Or 2% milk instead of whole milk
