Does anyone have any remedies for lack of sleep? I can only sleep for about an hour at a time... or is my body training itself for babies schedule? Plz help 💕💕

From about 20 weeks pregnant until baby was 4 months old, I got literally no sleep. Hour increments every now and then. I talked to my doctor about it and she gave me options but, being a mother herself, suggested it was just hormonal shifts. Now that it’s been some time and the LO sleeps through the night so I’m not also waking for that anymore, I can definitely vouch for the hormone theory lol. My emotions were all over the place and mind was constantly wandering. But when you’re pregnant you get used to it.. it’s not like when you get your period and you suddenly notice a change. When you’re pregnant you’re always hormonal!! On the bright side, I get much better sleep now. My point is, don’t worry so much, relax.. maybe drink some sleepytime tea (but make sure all herbs in it are ok to ingest during pregnancy). Your pregnancy will only last a little bit longer and then hopefully everything will go back to normal for you like it did for me. Good luck!!:)
