ok so about a month ago i went to the ER with severe pain on my left side. They did a CT and found a cyst on my left ovary. Well when the dr was going over my results and everything, he paused and asked me if i was pregnant. I said i shouldn't be because my tubes are tied. He then goes make sure you make an appointment with your obgyn. I was like ok cool. Well the nurse came in a bit later and pulled up my chart to get the medication dosage and whatnot and he also paused and asked me if i was pregnant. Fast forward i go see my ob and i tell him everything that happened and i also told them that they asked if i was pregnant and he said that its routine before a ct. I told him this is after the ct was done and everything that they asked me this. He goes "oh. Well when i get the paperwork I'll review it and let you know if you need to come back in, he said he doesn't know why they had you come in for a follow up about a 2cm cyst that its normal." And so i left, but now I'm just kind of confused why i was asked... Not once but twice after the CT. Any ideas? I know its kind of long sorry.
