I had the worst sleep last night! Woke up twice to needing a wee then woke again feel sick, this was early hours in the morning aswell! 😫 was in the bathroom for ages! I couldn't even be sick I was heaving up but nothing came up, the sickness is definitely kicking in now! I swear to god if I have Christmas dinner tomorrow and it all comes up I'll cry 😂🤣😭

I’ve been throwing up all morning, water isn’t even staying in today!! 🙈 ... I’ll be devastated if I can’t eat my Christmas dinner, it’s my actual fave and I’ve been looking forward to it for so long. xxx

If you can't eat it save some and put it in the fridge, I've not threw up any food at all yet just heaving up last night but I need to keep snacking aswell cos that makes me feel sick to!😫
