So tonight me and my husband had the talk about sending mauriz to school and I broke down 😭 I know my son is different, I know he has autism but I never let my self process it I guess and I didn't break down because he has it but because of all the hardships he'll have to endure in school, in life, growing up... All of it! My baby is the sweetest most loving little boy but I feel like people won't see that they'll only see the fact that he's different and it breaks my heart... but I won't let my baby grow up knowing he's any different from anyone else and I never want him to feel any less than any one else either... Him having autism just makes him that much more special to me and his dad and he'll always know that no matter what he goes through in life he'll always have us! ❤

That's right mama! I have 5 clients on the spectrum and they are wonderful! I take my children to work with me (almost 2 and 4) and they loooooooove my clients. I can tell that my children recognize that there is something different about them but I am teaching them early that EVERYONE is different but WE are all special and make a great impact on the world. Now, it being negative or positive depends on the choices that they make but we are to love everyone and treat them just as we'd want to be treated. So let's pray... Better yet, let's just claim that little man will come across children who's parents are raising them that same way and little man will be just fine! Good luck mommy😘😘😘

Momma, I feel you on sooo many levels. Jax is turning 3 in February and starting his Early Childhood Special Education program and I’m a nervous freaking wreck. Autism is such a tricky thing but hopefully we are able to provide the best lives for our sons and make them the best versions of themselves we possibly can!

My niece has autism, shes 10 now and its very noticeable when she speaks, her and her sister go to the same school and shes 8 and the one with autism doesnt get bullied at all she has all the friends, it's the other sister who doesn't have many friends and has been bullied. I'm sure he will be okay❤

don't worry girl there will be friends and people out there who WILL see how amazing he really is!, I was so scared to send my son to school at first and now that I realized what a great teacher and aids he has in the class I feel so much support and the love they have for my son and our family 💜 I don't care that my son is considered different because he is amazing to be with and talk to hand flapping and all lol. here for you if you ever want to talk
