Or do you mean like a actual time? My 6 month old get her bath at 7 then gets rocked with a bottle right after then bed. Been like that since around 3 months
We started around 2 months. Dinner at 6, bath at 6:30, pjs and a bottle and bed at 7. When he got a little older, we started reading a book every night also before bed. All of my kids thrived on routine and all are great sleepers.
