I am 37 weeks and been having back pain and cramping I didn’t have real contractions with my first so idk if this is real or Braxton Hicks and I also have a discharge but not bloody

Could be a yeast infection if the discharge is like cottage cheese. Yeast infections can cause cramps, abdominal pain, and back pain in pregnant women. I’d see a doctor just to be safe though especially if the cramps are really bad 😊
