You don't. Ever. Its a choking hazard, it does not help them sleep longer and giving cereal too soon can cause life long digestive issues.

I didn’t. It’s a choking hazard, and baby shouldn’t have solids until they are 6 months or older plus showing all signs of readiness. They should be eating their solids from a spoon or eating finger foods, nothing in the bottle.
