I will be 37 weeks pregnant on Wednesday and I am having the worst heartburn and nausea. Any moms went or going through this? What do you do for relief? I don’t really want to get out of bed because of it. 😩

When I was that pregnant nothing over the counter helped. I tried it all even downing some Aloe Vera extract. I had to eventually get prescription strength medicine and that worked wonders
