Im 38weeks and 3days Can i start drinking this to help labour start I'm 1cm dilated??

Thanks hun I'll start taking them how many tea bags would you reccommend me taking as I have never taken them before also is this brand ok it says rasberry leaf tea infusion ?? Xx

Where did u get them from hun also what does it mean by infusion does it have anything else in them x
