Mommas with nostril piercings! What did you do when a pimple comes RIGHT at the piercing??? Like at first glance, it looked like it was becoming infected. But so far no pain or anything. It’s definitely a pimple upon further inspection. But I can’t take the nose ring out cause I’ve had it less than a month. ): do I just clean it like normal and hope it goes away soon??

My mom pooped mine. She got a clean sewing needle and took a lighter to the end of it and she popped the pimple and then I have this h2o ocean spray to sterilize with. It was healed within a week.

Nothing, I just let it be. I soak/spray the piercing itself with warm salt water to make sure it doesn’t get infected.

I would just clean it like normal and see if it goes away. You sure it's a pimple and not a keloid? I've had a keloid on my ear piercing before they are a pain to get rid of its common for cartilage type of piercing to get it though.

Keloids don’t go away. I think you mean hypertrophic scar. The hypertrophic scars are usually due to ill fitting jewelry but go away once it is adjusted.
