Anyone know much about ultrasounds? I got my first ultrasound at 16wks and the Tech said, "I'm not sure, it could be a boy." And sent me on my way. I got another ultrasound last week at 19 1/2 wks and what do you know, the Tech wasn't sure (different tech). The grainy, bad quality photos are from the 2nd ultrasound. Thoughts? #myfirstpost

I went for an anatomy scan with my son at 19 weeks and we couldn’t tell. I waited another whole month before going for a second anatomy scan and then there was no doubt!

@jaysenlevi2016, I remember when we went for the second anatomy scan. I told my husband I felt like it was a boy. I told him that if it was a girl on the scan I would cry… Not because I didn’t want a girl, but because I was so sure that he was a boy! 😂

Looks like something is between the babies legs but how do they even do a good anatomy scan with them machines! Do you have a 3D place around you that can do a gender scan? Sometimes they have cheap packages.
Yes, they do actually. About an hour away. Me and my husband are discussing if we would like to get one or just wait to know until birth.
@jaysenlevi2016 it's a great surprise waiting until birth! I waited with my last. My swear I saw boy parts on an ultrasound because my tech wasn't being very careful to not show me but i still wasn't 100% sure but it did turn out to be a boy lol
They def need new equipment!! It should be very clear. You could clearly see the sex at 15 weeks 4 days with my son! Hopefully you get answers soon!! Welcome :)
I know, with my other two sons, it was soooooo obvious lol. They were not modest at all!
