You can use things to keep the skin moisturized. Bio oil can help reduce the appearance, but nothing prevents them except good genes.

You either get them or you dont.

Pretty much any oil .. but really should have been put on throughout pregnancy as a prevention or lessening. It is hereditary so really hard to prevent and/or make go away.
