Tbh it’s not recommended at all. It’s recommended on a spoon. Not in a bottle . and some doctors will recommend starting it early for one reason or another . I never really fed my son cereal until recently cause his iron was low . Even for reflux , my son had that and theirs other ways to get around it .

Not two days I did 2 weeks these babies develop faster these days so it’s what you feel

At one month I added cereal to Lily's bottle PER THE DOCTOR to thicken the formula for her acid reflux. It was fine. No issues.
