So I’m in Walmart and this lady is asking me if my baby sleeps through the night and I say sometimes but he’s breastfed so he wakes up to eat. She says well when my baby was two days old I started giving him cereal in his bottle so he would sleep through the night. This lady is 27 so she’s not old. But is that even safe? No I’m obviously not even gonna try it. But is it safe that young?

I Def wouldn’t do that baby cereal seriously has nooooo health benefits enjoy ur night feedings i love them with my little guy it gets better.. they grow up wayyyyy to fast 😭
Did it at 7 weeks for acid reflux per doctors orders but I used formula with added rice
Tbh it’s not recommended at all. It’s recommended on a spoon. Not in a bottle . and some doctors will recommend starting it early for one reason or another . I never really fed my son cereal until recently cause his iron was low . Even for reflux , my son had that and theirs other ways to get around it .
Not two days I did 2 weeks these babies develop faster these days so it’s what you feel
