Hey moms! I know I have every excuse for my weight because I just had a baby a month ago but my “snap back” game is almost non existent and it’s making me kind of depressed, I gained soo much while pregnant 😩 any tips on how to lose the baby weight? A good detox or a cleanse? I do plan to get back in the gym soon, just trying to wait until my body is completely healed and the doctor gives me the ok...
Thank you! I will definitely be looking into that fasting information.
I was 170 when I got pregnant and now I’m 241 😢 I find myself tired and I just feel so unhealthy. None of my clothes fit, I can see the weight all over, in my stomach, legs, arms and face. I find myself snacking a lot because my daughter has a weird schedule, I just want to get some of the weight off to begin with. I’m sure once I start back working and everything it’ll start to drop too but looking at some women and how they snap back just has me discouraged
Don't feel bad mama. I snapped back great with my first two, almost instantly. But this time, it doesn't seem to wanna do that. Idk if it's cause I'm older than I was or if it's just cause it's my third baby but I'm 3 months postpartum and feel like I look like I just had the baby. I never feel like I have energy to work out and I'm a terrible eater so I'm kinda stuck until I get my shit together😂
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

The most important part of losing weight for me was patience and consistency. I lost 60 lbs during my first 2 years of high school and I had to keep in mind that my body won’t change overnight. No matter what method you choose to lose weight, as long as it works for you and your schedule just keep it up! It took months for your body to transform during pregnancy so it will likely take months to achieve the transformation you’re looking for. I have the same tendency to compare myself to other women but when I’m able to stop myself and focus on me, I always feel so much more confident. I drank A LOT of water and snacked on fruits and nuts. Lunch and dinner always had lean meat and a lot of leafy greens. Green tea helped target belly fat. If you’ve never heard of intermittent fasting, I’d definitely suggest researching it and seeing if it sounds right for you. It really boosted my progress and mental clarity so much when I was on a regular schedule with school. Weight lifting and distance running was literally the best combination I’ve found for my physical and mental health. Find a workout partner who enjoys the same exercise methods as you, and find time for exercise every day even if you don’t have a gym, you could always use some workout videos you can follow at home
