So my boyfriend doesn’t like when I have any piercings in but I just found out I can put my tongue ring back in after 3 years and I don’t wanna make him mad If I put it in. I also think it shouldn’t matter if I have it in. No one will see it unless I stick my tongue out at them. Idk what to do. His excuse is that I’m a mom and shouldn’t have one in

Lots of moms have piercings. I plan on getting my lip done here soon. My mom had her nose and tongue done. So did my cousin and she has kids. I don't think there is anything wrong with it.

What boggles me is that if he met you with piercings, he should accept you with piercings. Your piercings isn’t going to have a negative impact on your daughters life. What influences her perception and path in life is how she’s raised. Give her love, support and the best knowledge you can pass down. What ever personality or lifestyle she wants to live by is her choice. Daddy needs to loosen that grip on you. You’re doing great and for the sake of being human, we need individuality.
