Never been scared of giving birth and watching birthing videos didn’t bother me. Until I got curious on what a 3rd and 4th degree tear was. Now I am beyond scared.

No. I am only 25 weeks and I live in a small town. I can’t find anyone who does classes. Been looking to try to find labor classes but can’t find any. Wic up here offers breastfeeding classes but I wanna use formula. As far as my birth plan. Hospital no pain meds
