Its not day 14 for everyone. You shouldnt go by that bc thats not true for a lot of women.

If you want to be absolutely sure to hit an o day you could use opks, chart your basal temp, or have sex every other day.

Only if you have an average cycle. Average FP and LP which most do not. I have a much longer than average LP so none of the app predictions would ever be right for me.

It’s different for every woman. It depends on how long your cycles are. I don’t ovulate until CD 17.
